基于“七个有力”的大学生党员教育探析

摘　　要：针对高校大学生党员教育管理中亟待解决的入党动机不纯,党性意识淡薄、理想信念不够坚定,理论知识学习不够,大学生党员遇到问题有时候缺乏理性思考,先锋模范作用发挥有待增强等问题,采用归纳分析的方法,提出强化理论学习,增强理论自信;按照规范化建设要求建立有效的教育平台;严肃组织生活,与时俱进丰富组织生活形式;注重开展实践教育活动;充分发挥大学生党员的模范带头作用;完善制度,构建监督考核机制等措施。研究结果对提高学生党员的教育、管理等工作具有指导意义。Due to some deficiencies in the education and management of the university student Party members,such problems as the complex motives for joining the Party,weak awareness of Party Spirit,weak ideals and beliefs,a lack of theoretical study, the university student Party member meets the question sometimes lacks the rational thought,the vanguard model function to exert needs to strengthen and so on,this paper adopts inductive analysis method,and comes up with some countermeasures to promote the education and management of the university student Party members,such as strengthening confidence of theory, standardization platform of education and management,rich regular organization activity;carrying out practical activities;playing the exemplary vanguard role of the university student Party members;strengthening the construction of system and perfecting the effective supervision mechanisms. The research results are of guiding significance for enhancing education and management of the university student Party members.
