摘 要:为了获得煤化工废水处理用高效硫酸盐还原菌群,以筛选的5株硫酸盐还原菌株为基础,构建硫酸盐还原菌群,并以该菌群和厌氧颗粒污泥混合的方法逐步驯化构建菌群功能稳定的高效硫酸盐还原厌氧污泥。研究结果表明,以SRB-BT1、SRB-BT2和SRB-BT3构建的硫酸盐还原菌群SRB-BT对煤化工酚氨回收废水中硫酸盐去除效果最佳。在CSTR反应器中驯化的的高效硫酸盐还原厌氧污泥,处理煤化工酚氨回收废水时,在进水SO4^2-的质量浓度为932mg/L,并补充乙酸钠使废水碳硫质量比为5时,出水SO4^2-的质量浓度稳定在92mg/L,去除率为90.13%。In order to obtain high-efficiency sulfate reducing bacteria community for coal chemical wastewater treatment, the sulfate reducing bacteria community was constructed based on five selected sulfate reducing strains, besides, the method of mixing the bacteria community with anaerobic granular sludge was used to gradually acclimate and build a stable and efficient sulfate reducing anaerobic sludge with the microbial community function. The results showed that, the sulfate reducing bacteria community SRB-BT constructed by SRB-BT1, SRB-BT2 and SRB-BT3 had the best effect on sulfate removal of wastewater after phenol and ammonia recycling from coal chemical industry. Using the high-efficiency sulfate domesticated in CSTR reactor to reduce anaerobic sludge and treat wastewater after phenol and ammonia recycling from coal chemical industry, when the mass concentration of SO42- in influent water was 932 mg/L, the mass ratio of COD to SO4^2- adjusted by sodium acetate was 5, the effluent SO4^2- mass concentration was stable at 92 mg/L with a removal rate of 90.13%.
