摘 要:渤海N油田原油为重质稠油,稠油密度高,油水密度差小,同时由于气浮设备结构不合理,增加了油水分离难度。通过研究及现场改造,将射流气浮更改为微气浮、罐体内部分隔为3级混合区+浮选分离区及在第3级浮选分离区加装斜板除油装置、优化收油结构,提高了设备的处理效果。当进水含油质量浓度小于800mg/L时,出水含油质量浓度可以降低到40mg/L以下;当进水含油质量浓度为140~200mg/L时,出水含油质量浓度可稳定在16mg/L以下。为最终处理后污水满足回注标准奠定基础。As crude oil of Bohai N oilfeld is a kind of heavy oil with high density, the density difference between oil and water is small, and due to the unreasonable structure of the air flotation equipment, the difficulty of oil-water separation was increased. Through the study and the on-site reconstruction, jet air flotation was replaced by micro air flotation, and the inner space of the tank was divided into three mixing zones + flotation separation zones. Besides, incline plate oil removal device was installed in the third stage flotation separation zone, which optimized the oil receiving structure, improved the treatment efficiency of the equipment. When the mass concentration of oil in influent water was lower than 800 mg/L, the relevant indicator of effluent water decreased to below 40 mg/L, when the mass concentration of oil in influent water was 140 - 200 mg/L, the relevant indicator of effluent water was stable at below 16 mg/L. Through the above reconstruction, the quality of the effluent water from the final treatment unit could meet the recycle requirement.
