摘  要:针对某再生造纸废水水量大、COD与BOD5浓度高、SS浓度高、可生化性一般、污染物浓度波动大、钙离子浓度高的特点,设计采用纸浆回收系统-混凝初沉-预酸化-IC厌氧-第一级AO系统-二沉-氧化沟挂膜反硝化脱氮-第二级AO系统-终沉-滤膜机的组合处理工艺,介绍了该处理工艺的流程,给出了主要构筑物的设计参数,结合实际运行经验提出一些改进措施。运行结果表明,在进水COD、BOD5、总氮、NH3-N、SS的质量浓度分别为5540、2189、85.7、35.76、4170mg/L时,相应出水质量浓度分别为45.87、2.56、7.02、0.42、7mg/L,达到GB3544—2008《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》中特别限值标准。In view of the characteristics of papermaking wastewater such as: high COD, BOD5 and SS concentrations, general biodegradability, large flucturation of pollutants and high calcium ions concentration, a combined process of pulp recovery system-coagulation initial settling-pre-acidification-IC anaerobic-first stage AO system-secondary settling-oxidation ditch membrane denitrification-second stage AO system-final settling-membrane filter, was designed. The flow of the said process was introduced with the design parameters of the main structures given. Combined with the actual operation experience, some modification measures were put forward. The operation results showed that, when the mass concentrations of COD, BOD5, TN, NH3-N, and SS in influent water were 5 540, 2 189, 85.7, 35.76 and 4 170 mg/L respectively, the relevant indexes of the effluent water were 45.87, 2.56, 7.02, 0.42, and 7 respectively. The effluent water quality met the special limit standard of GB 3544-2008 Discharge Standard of Water Pollutant in Pulp and Paper Industry.
