摘 要:针对生物制药废水CODCr浓度高、含氮量高、硫酸盐浓度高、水质变化大的特性,设计采用气浮-复式兼氧-MBR工艺进行处理。工程实践表明,该工艺可使出水水质达到GB8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准。采用该工艺处理高浓度生物制药废水,具有处理效果好、运行稳定、工艺流程简单、操作便利、投资较少、占地小等优点。According to the characteristics of biopharmaceutical wastewater such as high CODCr concentration, high nitrogen content, high sulfate concentration and large fluctuation of water quality, the process of air flotation-compound facultative oxygen-MBR was adopted in the design. The engineering practice showed that, the effluent water quality met grade 1 in GB 8978-1996 Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard. It could draw a conclusion that, for high concentration biopharmaceutical wastewater treatment, the said process had advantages of good treatment effect, stable operation, simple process, easy manipulation, less investment, and less land occupation.
