分散染料数码喷墨印花墨水的配方研究

摘　　要：选用分散染料制备数码喷墨印花墨水,并测试墨水的染料粒径、黏度、表面张力和电导率等特性,分析了喷墨印花墨水性能与染料用量、添加剂种类及用量的关系,得到了数码喷墨印花墨水的有效工艺配方。分散染料色浆配方为:分散染料10%~15%、分散剂10%~15%、二甘醇15%~25%,最后加去离子水至100%;自制分散染料数码喷墨印花墨水配方为:分散染料色浆25%~35%、丙三醇或乙二醇10%~25%、三乙醇胺1.0%~1.4%、聚乙二醇5%~15%,最后加去离子水至100%。经过初步核算,自制分散染料数码喷墨印花墨水的成本约为市售商品墨水的1/3。Disperse dyes were selected to prepare digital inkjet printing ink. The dye size, viscosity, surface tension and conductivity of the ink were tested. The relationship between the ink performance and the amount of dyes, the kinds and dosage of additives was analyzed. The effective technological formula of digital inkjet printing ink was obtained. The formulation of disperse dye paste was as follows: disperse dye 10%~15%, dispersant 10%~15%, diethylene glycol 15%~25%, and the rest was deionized water. The formulation of self-made disperse dye digital inkjet printing ink was as follows: disperse dye paste 25%~35%, glycerol or ethylene glycol 10%~25%, triethanolamine 1.0%~1.4%, polyethylene glycol 5%~15%, the rest was deionized water.After preliminary accounting, the cost of self-made ink was about 1/3 of the commercial ink.
