摘 要:电流法检测曳引式电梯的平衡系数的技术是电梯安全运行的重要传统方法,本文针对变频调速电梯采用电流法检测平衡系数方法中遇到的问题进行了探讨,论证了通过变频器输入端和输出端采集电流而获取平衡系数两种方法的可行性,方便根据设备实际情况选取适宜的检测方法,可通过两种检测方法的彼此校核提高平衡系数检测精度;探讨了在正常运行难以检测平衡系数的情况下,以检修运行替代正常运行的合理性;介绍了平衡系数不满足要求时,如何对其进行适当合理地维修调试,以保障电梯曳引系统的使用寿命和安全运行.The current method to detecting variable voltage variable frequency(simplified for VVVF) elevator balance coefficient, which faces plenty problems discussed in this paper, is a pivotal traditional technique in the operation safety of traction elevator. The feasibility of two methods to obtain the balance coefficient by current acquisition at the input and output terminals of the frequency converter is demonstrated, which is convenient to select detection method and the detection accuracy of the balance coefficient can be improved by checking each other. The rationality of substituting inspection operation for normal operation is discussed when it is difficult to detect the balance coefficient in normal operation. When it does not meet the requirements so as to ensure the service life and safe operation of the elevator traction system, how to maintain and debug the balance coefficient properly and reasonably is introduced.
