摘  要:光纤拖缆是实现设备内外信号连接、水下信号传输的关键器件,其性能优劣将直接影响设备的功能,甚至影响整个系统的安全。为了满足水下系统要求的光纤拖缆在正常状况下通信可靠性以及在遭到破坏的情况下保证设备的安全,研制了新型水下反复收放光纤拖缆。通过对结构性能的反复设计,最终该光纤拖缆满足了光传输性能、水密性能、环境性能和机械性能的研制目标要求,其外径小于10 mm、抗拉强度不低于30 kN、缆绳密度为(1.025±0.05)g/cm^3、耐水压不小于6.75 MPa。Fiber-optic tow cable is the key device to realize signal connection inside and outside equipment and underwater signal transmission. Its performance will directly affect the function of equipment, and even affect the safety of whole system. In order to meet the requirements of underwater system, that is, the communication reliability of fiber-optic tow cable in normal conditions and the safety of equipment in case of damage, a new type of underwater repetitive retractable fiber-optic tow cable is developed. Through repeated design of the structure and performance, the fiber-optic tow cable meets the requirements of optical transmission performance, water-tightness performance, environmental performance and mechanical performance. Its outer diameter is less than 10 mm, tensile strength is not less than 30 kN, cable density is ( 1. 025± 0. 05) g/cm^3 , water-pressure resistance is not less than 6. 75 MPa.
