摘  要:阐述了盘式制动器的结构组成及其工作原理,针对制动器两例典型失效故障案例进行分析,得出制动器失效的原因是碟簧内径尺寸偏差。列举了预防盘式制动器故障的技术措施,可有效规避因蝶簧尺寸偏差而导致制动器失效所引发的重大事故,为盘式制动器的日常维护和失效分析提供了一种新思路。After narrating the structure and the working principle of the disc brake, the paper analyzed two typical cases of brake failure, and concluded that the failure of the brake was caused by deviation of the inner diameter of the disc spring. In addition, it listed the technical measures to prevent the failure of the disc brake,which effectively avoided serious accidents caused by the brake failure due to the size deviation of the disc spring. It offered a new idea for daily maintenance and failure analysis of the disc brake.
