摘 要:为了提高球磨机的磨矿效率和生产能力,利用离散元软件(EDEM)建立了球磨机仿真模型,对球磨机工作过程进行仿真模拟,得到不同填充率下不同颗粒的碰撞状况,分析颗粒碰撞能量损失情况和不同填充率下磨机有用功率的变化情况,从而建立有用功率和颗粒碰撞之间的关系,找出满足磨削效率下的最优填充率。In order to improve the grinding efficiency and the productivity of the ball mill, the simulation model was established by discrete element software(EDEM). The operation process of the ball mill was simulated, and the particle collision status at various filling ratio was obtained. In addition, the loss of particle collision energy and the variation of the useful power of the mill at various filling ratio were analyzed, and the relationship between the useful power and the particle collision was built. Finally, the optimal filling ratio satisfying the grinding efficiency was identified.
