摘  要:阐述了矿用半自磨机出料端衬板的基本结构,利用有限元仿真软件分析了现有半自磨机出料端衬板紧固螺栓断裂的原因。提出了一种改进后的衬板紧固螺栓结构,优化了紧固螺栓的预紧力矩以及紧固顺序,有效解决了半自磨机出料端衬板螺栓断裂的问题,极大地提高了磨机运行的安全性以及生产效率。The paper described the overall structure of the liner at discharge end of the mine-used SAG(semiautogenous grinding) mill, and analyzed the breaking cause of the joint bolt for the liner at the discharge end of the SAG mill by using finite element simulation software. And then, it proposed an improved joint bolt for the liner, its pre-tightening torque and tightening sequence were optimized, thus the breaking of the liner bolt at the discharge end of the SAG mill effectively avoided. Therefore, the operation safety and the productivity of the mill remarkably enhanced.
