摘　　要：为了解多宝山铜矿选矿厂粗选作业KYF-130m^3浮选机浮选行为及技术参数,对浮选机进行了充气量、矿浆气泡负载率、矿浆悬浮能力及泡沫流动特性测试。结果表明,KYF-130m^3浮选机具有良好的充气性能,矿浆空气分散度较好,有用矿物富集效率高,浮选槽内矿浆无明显分层现象,浮选机矿浆悬浮能力较强,浮选泡沫流动特性好,各区域泡沫附着铜矿物的产率及金属分布率相近,精矿泡沫能顺利进入溢流堰得到回收,实现了有用矿物的早收与快收。In order to understand the flotation behavior and technical parameters of KYF-130 m^3 flotator for rough separation in the concentrator of Duobaoshan Copper Mine, a KYF-130m^3 flotator was tested for aeration volume, slurry foam loading ratio, slurry suspension capacity and foam flow characteristics. The results showed: the KYF-130m^3 flotator was of excellent aeration performance, the slurry air was layered well, useful mineral was enriched efficiently, the slurry in flotation tank appeared no lamination, the slurry suspension capacity was strong, the foam was of good flow characteristic, the yield and the metal distribution ratio of the foam-attached copper minerals in each area were similar, the concentrate foam smoothly entered the overflow for recovery, thus early and rapid gathering of useful minerals was achieved.
