摘 要:目的:研究叶下珠生物碱对小鼠胃肠推进运动的影响。方法:采用旋转蒸发仪热回流提取叶下珠中生物碱成分,将健康昆明小鼠50只随机分为5组(n=10):叶下珠生物碱高剂量组(20 mg/mL)、中剂量组(10 mg/mL)、低剂量组(5 mg/mL)、空白对照组和阿托品组(0.5 mg/mL)。以胃肠内标记物墨汁推进率为指标,观察叶下珠生物碱对小鼠胃肠推进运动的影响。结果:叶下珠生物碱各剂量组均具有抑制小鼠胃肠推进运动的作用,高剂量组抑制效果最好,具有明显的剂量依赖性,推测叶下珠抗腹泻作用可能与其生物碱抑制胃肠运动有关。Objective:To study the effects of alkaloids from Phyllanthus urinaria on gastrointestinal propulsion in mice.Methods:The alkaloids in the Phyllanthus urinaria were extracted by rotary evaporator. The healthy 50 mice were randomly divided into high-dose group,middle-dose group,low-dose group,blank control group and atropine group. The effect of alkaloids from Phyllanthus urinaria on intestinal propulsion in mice was observed by the index of ink advection of the markers in the gastrointestinal tract. Result:According to the experimental data,the high dose of the advancing rate was the lowest,followed by the middle dose and the low dose,and the dose group was lower than the blank group and the atropine group. It was speculated that the anti-diarrhea effect of the Phyllanthus urinaria may be related to the inhibition of gastrointestinal motility by alkaloids.
