摘　　要：档案分级鉴定属于档案价值评估范畴,应从档案本身所蕴含的科学价值、利用价值、历史文化价值、社会价值等判定一份档案的价值,并与档案保护、档案开放利用等有机结合。本文以气象档案分级鉴定为例,探讨加强档案分级鉴定的工作举措,认为要明确工作的关键要素,即基本原则和分级鉴定保障体系;要明晰工作思路,包括开展前期调研、掌握各地馆藏档案情况、设立试点分步推进;还要注意几点问题,即档案保管期限如何运用、永久保存的档案应分为几级,以及对先保护、后分级进行再思考。Archives classification and appraisal is the part of archives value assessment In the work, scientific value, utilization value, historical and cultural value, social value of archives should be considered, and archives conservation, archives opening and utilization should be contacted. This paper discusses the working measures for strengthening archives classification and appraisal, and believes the key factors and working ideas should be clarified, and several problems should be concerned.
