经皮静脉腔内激光成形术治疗大隐静脉曲张的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮静脉腔内激光成形术治疗大隐静脉曲张的效果.方法选择酒泉市人民医院新城医院2017年1月至2018年12月收治的56例大隐静脉曲张患者,按照治疗方式不同分为对照组28例,实施高位结扎联合剥脱术;研究组实施经皮静脉腔内激光成形术28例.比较两组的临床疗效、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、手术情况、术后并发症发生率和术后恢复时间.结果研究组总有效率92.86%(26/28)高于对照组89.29%(25/28),但差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义.研究组术后并发症总发生率3.57%(1/28)低于对照组28.57%(8/28);研究组术后恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论经皮静脉腔内激光成形术对大隐静脉曲张具有良好的临床治疗效果,可有效缓解大隐静脉曲张症状,减少术后并发症,加快术后恢复.Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous endovenous laser angioplasty in the treatment of varicose great saphenous vein. Method Fifty-six patients with varicose great saphenous vein admitted to Xincheng Hospital of Jiuquan City People's Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018. According to the different treatment methods, 28 cases were divided into control group, which underwent high ligation combined with exfoliation, and 28 cases underwent percutaneous endovenous laser angioplasty in study group. The clinical efficacy, visual analogue score (VAS), surgical condition, incidence of complications and recovery time were compared between the two groups. Result The total effective rate of the study group was 92.86%(26/28) higher than that of the control group 89.29%(25/28), but there was no significant difference between the two groups. After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups. The total incidence of complications in the study group was 3.57%(1/28) lower than that in the control group 28.57%(8/28);The recovery time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group, the difference were significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous endovenous laser angioplasty has good clinical effect on great saphenous varices. It can effectively relieve the symptoms of great saphenous varices, reduce the complications and accelerate the recovery.
