摘　　要：玻璃钢化技术虽然是很成熟的技术,但在设备改进和利用、工艺研究等方面还有很大空间。在缺少成型段装置的水平辊道式玻璃钢化机组中,可通过控制加热和淬冷工艺制得浅弧形钢化玻璃的经验、成形辊装置技术制得弧形钢化玻璃、热弯钢化炉生产弧形或弯钢化玻璃。Although the glass tempering technology is a very mature one, there is still a lot of rooms for equipment improvement and technology research. In the horizontal roller glass tempering unit which lacks the forming section device, the shallow arc tempered glass can be made by controlling the heating and quenching process. The arc tempered glass can be made by forming roller, the curved or arc tempered glass can be produced by hot bending furnace.
