摘　　要：北京市朝阳区百子湾保障房项目公租房地块第二标段,包括3~8号住宅楼及地下车库、配套商业,建筑造型复杂,高低错落,装配式建筑节点工艺复杂。工程在施工阶段应用BIM技术,通过模型搭建、施工方案模拟、三维可视化技术交底、可视化汇报和4D分析等方法,对项目重难点分析,提前进行整体策划,帮助项目提高了策划能力,增强了过程管控能力,提升了实施阶段的精细化管理水平。The second section of the public rental housing plot of Baiziwan Safe Housing Project in Chaoyang District includes 3-8 residential buildings and underground garages, supporting commercial buildings. The building shape is complex, high and low, and the assembly structure nodes are complicated. The project applies BIM technology in the construction stage, through model construction, construction scheme simulation, 3D visualization technology, visual reporting and 4D analysis, etc., analyzes the difficult points of the project, and conducts overall planning in advance to help the project improve planning ability and enhance the process, refined management in the implementation phase.
