摘  要:基于海南“海口塔”工程,研究高温地区400m以上C70自密实混凝土的超高层泵送技术。通过对海南当地原材料的优化筛选,精选岛外优质微硅粉等复合掺合料改善混凝土的流变性,利用U形箱、V形漏斗、J形环、T50、流变仪等仪器表征混凝土的流变性及匀质性,在满足力学性能的条件下试验取得了良好的效果。The paper based on the "Haikou Tower" project in Hainan, the super high level pumping technology of C70 self compacting concrete over 400 meters in high temperature area is explored.Through the optimization of Hainan local raw materials selection,selection of high quality silicon island composite admixture to improve the rheological properties of concrete, the rheological properties and homogeneity of concrete are characterized by U-box, V-funnel, J-ring, T50 and rheometer.Under the condition of meeting the mechanical properties, the test has achieved good results.
