摘  要:DB11/T1640-2019《冷库系统节能监测》适用于已投入使用正常运行的冷库系统,是用能设备节能监测标准体系的重要组成部分,为北京市冷库系统节能监测工作提供了具体监测方法和评价指标,对保障冷库系统节能高效运行具有重要作用。详细解读该标准的研究背景、编制原则、编制思路、标准主要内容及与同类标准的对比与创新等。Beijing local standard "Monitoring and Testing for energy saving of cold storage system"(hereinafter referred to as "standard") has been completed, this standard applies to cold storage systems that are already in normal operation, it is an important part of the energy conservation monitoring standard system for energy equipment, provided specific monitoring methods and evaluation indicators for the energy conservation monitoring of the cold storage system in the city, it plays an important role in ensuring the energy-saving and efficient operation of the cold storage system. In order to promote the technical staffs understanding of the standard provisions and better application to implement the requirements of this standard, this paper focuses on the research background, compilation principles, compilation ideas, main content of the standard, and comparison and innovation of similar standards.
