摘　　要：妊娠期肝功能异常是产科和肝病科常见的临床问题,严重时可危及母体和胎儿的生命。应准确评估、区分引起妊娠期肝功能异常的病因,以便及早采取干预措施。对于不同类型妊娠期特有肝病所致的肝功能异常,需要综合评估母体和胎儿两方面的情况,以获得治疗效果的最优化。Abnormal liver function in pregnancy is a common clinical problem in the department of obstetrics and liver disease, but its severity can cause danger to the life of the mother and fetus. Therefore, the different cause of abnormal liver function in pregnancy should be assessed accurately in order to take early intervention measures. Moreover, it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the situation of both mother and fetus to obtain the optimal treatment effect for abnormal liver function caused by different types of pregnancy-related liver diseases.
