摘 要:针对焦炉烟气对环境造成污染的情况,阐述了SDS干法脱硫与中低温SCR脱硝除尘结合的技术原理、实际应用与优缺点,并在某实际项目中探究了焦炉烟气的去除效果。结果表明,在实际运行中采用SDS+SCR工艺处理后,焦炉烟气能够满足特别排放要求,即SO2排放浓度≤15mg/m^3,NOx排放浓度≤50mg/m^3,颗粒物排放浓度≤10mg/m^3。该项目投运后所产生的废弃物主要成分为Na2SO4,可将其回收利用作为水泥添加料。该技术成功应用后,已迅速推广到其他焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝项目中,并取得了较好的应用效果。In view of the environmental pollution caused by coke oven flue gas, the principle, practical application, advantages and disadvantages of the combination technology of SDS dry desulfurization and medium and low temperature SCR denitrification and dust removal were described, and the removal effect of coke oven flue gas was explored in a practical project. The results showed that after the SDS+SCR process was used in the actual operation, the coke oven flue gas coul meet the special emission requirements, namely SO2≤15 mg/m^3, NOx emission concentration≤50 mg/m^3, and particulate matter emission ≤10 mg/m^3. Na2SO4 was the main component of the waste produced after the project was put into operation, and it could be recycled as cement additive. After the successful application of this technology, it had been rapidly extended to other coke oven flue gas desulfurization and denitrification projects, and had achieved good application results.
