摘 要:稳压罐是变功率考验回路中的重要组成部分,确保其功能符合工艺要求且结构符合力学要求至关重要。从稳压罐的功能及安装要求出发,根据压力容器的设计步骤、方法及要求,对稳压罐进行了设计。考虑到理论计算与实际运行过程存在偏差,根据稳压罐的设计模型与工作原理,采用AMESim软件对稳压罐进行了仿真验证,并采用ANSYS Workbench软件进行了力学分析。经验证与分析,设计的稳压罐功能可满足预设要求,结构也可以达到压力容器的相关力学指标。The pressurized stabilizer was an important part of variable power test circuit. It was very important to ensure that its function met the technological requirements and its structure met the mechanical requirements.Considering the function and installation requirements of the pressurized stabilizer, the pressurized stabilizer was designed according to the design steps, methods and requirements of the pressure vessel. Considering the deviation between the theoretical calculation and the actual working process, according to the design model and working principle of the pressurized stabilizer, the simulation of the pressurized stabilizer was carried out by AMESim software, and the mechanical analysis was carried out by ANSYS Workbench software. After verification and analysis, the designed pressurized stabilizer function could meet the preset requirements, and the structure could also reach the relevant mechanical indexes of the pressure vessel.
