摘　　要：高校思想政治理论课作为大学生思想政治教育的主渠道,其效果好坏关系到大学生世界观、人生观、价值观的正确与否,事关大学生的前途和祖国的未来。影响高校思想政治理论课实效性的因素有很多,主要是要正确处理好思想政治理论课研究自由与纪律约束、课内与课外、量和质、时效性与实效性等多重关系。各种关系的恰当处理是提升思想政治理论课实效性的重要条件和基础。As the main channel of ideological and political education for college students,the effect of ideological and political theory course in universities is related not only to the outlook on the world,the life and the values of college students, but also to the future of college students and the motherland. There are many factors affecting the effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities. And against these existing problems occurring in ideological and political theory courses, the most important thing is to correctly handle its multiple relationships between freedom and discipline, in-class and out-of-class, quantity and quality,timeliness and effectiveness. The appropriate handling of various relations is an important condition and basis for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course.
