摘  要:在纯拜耳法生产氧化铝的过程中,当流程中草酸钠浓度达到饱和浓度后会对生产稳定性和产品质量带来严重影响,如何稳定流程中草酸钠的浓度是各企业解决问题的关键。本文从影响草酸钠饱和浓度的几个方面入手,研究溶液温度、苛性碱浓度、氧化铝浓度对精液中草酸钠饱和浓度的影响,为企业解决草酸钠析出对生产和产品质量的彩响提供参考依据。In the process of producing alumina by pure Bayer process, when the concentration of sodium oxalate reaches the saturated value, the production stability and product quality will be seriously affected. How to stabilize the concentration of sodium oxalate in the process is the key to solve the problem for enterprises. In this paper, the effects of solution temperature, caustic soda concentration and alumina concentration on the saturated concentration of sodium oxalate in green liquor were studied from several aspects, so as to provide reference for enterprises to solve the influence of sodium oxalate precipi tation on production and product quality.
