摘 要:[目的]建立一种利用气相色谱分析戊唑醇·咪鲜胺中有效成分的分析方法。[方法]采用HP-5毛细管柱,内标法测定试样中戊唑醇和咪鲜胺的含量。[结果]戊唑醇和咪鲜胺的线性相关系数均为0.9999,标准偏差分别为0.025和0.037,方法平均回收率分别为99.19%和98.86%。[结论]该方法具有操作简单,效率高,分离效果好,准确度和精密度高等优点,适用于农药中戊唑醇与咪鲜胺的定性及定量分析。[Aims] To build the GC method for analysis of active ingredient contents in tebuconazole·prochloraz.[Methods] The content of tebuconazole and prochloraz was determined with internal standard method using HP-5 capillary column.[Results] The linear correlation coefficients of tebuconazole and prochloraz were both 0.9999, and the standard deviations were 0.025 and 0.037. The average recoveries of the method were 99.19 and 98.86%, respectively.[Conclusions] The method has the advantages of simple operation, high efficiency, good separation effect, high accuracy and high precision. It is suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of tebuconazole and prochloraz in pesticides.
