摘 要:[目的]评价SIOC-FF-184防治水稻纹枯病的效果。[方法]采用室内盆栽法测定了化合物SIOC-FF-184对水稻纹枯病的毒力,开展保护及治疗作用、持效期、安全性、内吸传导等作用特性研究,并开展了10%SIOC-FF-184乳油防治水稻纹枯病的田间小区药效验证试验。[结果]化合物SIOC-FF-184(EC50、EC90值分别为0.3738、3.4443 mg/L)对水稻纹枯病的保护活性优于对照药剂噻呋酰胺(EC50、EC90值分别为2.2285、15.7656 mg/L)。[结论] SIOC-FF-184对水稻纹枯病具有良好的防治效果,在推荐剂量下对作物水稻安全。[Aims] This study aims to evaluate the control efficacy against rice sheath blight of SIOC-FF-184.[Methods] The pot-culture method was conducted to determine the indoor toxicity of SIOC-FF-184 against rice sheath blight, and the characteristics of SIOC-FF-184, such as protective effect or curative effect, period of preserving effect, crop safety and systematic property were investigated. And the field trials of SIOC-FF-184 10% EC against rice sheath blight were carried out in order to confirm the indoors results.[Results] SIOC-FF-184(EC50 0.3738 mg/L, EC90 3.4443 mg/L)exhibited a protective effect against rice sheath blight, higher than trifluzamide(EC50 2.2285 mg/L, EC90 15.7656 mg/L).[Conclusions] The results showed that SIOC-FF-184 has a good control efficacy against rice sheath blight. it is safe on rice plant at recommended usage dosages.
