摘　　要：目的探讨中国驻马里维和军人慢性肌肉骨骼疼痛的发病状况及严重程度。方法采用问卷调查方式采集中国驻马里维和军人的基本信息及肌肉骨骼疼痛的发病情况,并进行统计学分析,通过慢性疾病等级(CPGS)评分方法来评价疼痛以及功能障碍的情况。结果调查共发出问卷353份,全部收回,其中有效问卷348份。肌肉骨骼疾病的总体发病率为73%,疼痛症状最明显且影响日常行动的3个部位分别是颈部(13.2%)、腰部(29.6%)及下肢(17.2%)。肌肉骨骼疼痛人群中CPGS评分Ⅰ级为最常见,占84.7%(95%CI 79.8~89.6),Ⅳ级仅1例。结论肌肉骨骼疼痛在中国驻马里维和军人中发病率较高,但总体上疼痛分级较轻,对日常训练及作业影响不大。未来需更多关注肌肉骨骼病症及疼痛的危险因素、防范措施及早期康复等。Objective To provide data on current occurrence and severity of musculoskeletal pain among Chinese military personnel during peacekeeping missions in Mali.Methods Totally 345 Chinese military peacekeeping personnel in Mali were surveyed via a questionnaire about pain conditions during their mission abroad.Their severity of pain and disability was assessed.Results The response rate was 100%(rz=353).Of the total peacekeeping personnel,73%sustained one or more musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs).The three most bothersome areas were the neck 13.2%(95%CI 9.6-16.8),the lumbar spine 29.6%(95%CI 24.8-34.4),and the lower extremities 17.2%(95%CI 13.3-21.1).The majority of the MSDs were gradeⅠpain,accounting for 84.7%(95%CI 79.8-89.6).Only one member was assessed as gradeⅣpain.Conclusion MSDs,predominantly associated with the neck,lumbar spine,and lower extremities,have significantly high prevalence among Chinese military personnel during peacekeeping missions in Mali,which do not have much effect on daily activities.More research should be conducted on risk factors,prevention and early rehabilitation of these disorders in military personnel.
