摘　　要：我院依托湖南省护理学会淋巴水肿专业委员会主任委员单位平台,通过与英国淋巴水肿训练学院(Lymphoedema Training Academy, LTA)建立国际合作,成立"湖南省国际淋巴水肿治疗师学校”,从师资遴选、学员资质要求、理论与实践培训、考核要求4个方面,构建了较为完整的淋巴水肿手法引流综合消肿治疗(Complex Decongestion Therapy, CDT)护士培训体系,第一期28名护士已顺利完成培训与考核,整体满意度较高。Relying on chairman unit plat form of the lymphedema professional committee of Hunan Nursing Association, our hospital set up a "Hunan International School of lymphedema therapist" by international cooperation with Lymphoedema Training Academy (LTA) of the UK. Through these 4 aspects (teacher selection, student qualification requirements, theory and practice training, and assessment requirements), we built a relatively complete training system of lymphedema Complex Decongestion Therapy (CDT) nurse. Twenty eight nurses of the first phase have completed the training and evaluation successfully, with high overall satisfaction.
