摘 要:燃煤积灰是工业生产中常见的非均相混合物,它的辐射特性是精确描述锅炉内能量传递的关键环节。本文针对非均相混合燃煤积灰的辐射特性,考虑燃煤积灰中化学成分的实际掺混方式,提出了一种考虑化学成分分布的燃煤积灰球型颗粒团聚体辐射特性的预测新方法。首先利用有限置限团聚(diffusion-limited aggregation,DLA)方法生成燃煤积灰结构,然后对于生成的燃煤积灰结构采用多球T矩阵(multi-sphere T matrix method,MSTM)方法直接求解计算结构的Maxwell方程组,获得燃煤积灰结构辐射特性。预测新方法对全波段的燃煤积灰吸收效率和短波段的散射效率的预测精度显著提升。Coal ash deposit is a common heterogeneous mixture in industrial production,the accurate prediction of the radiometric properties of coal ash deposit is key to the precise description of energy transportation inside the furnace.In this paper,aiming at the radiometric properties of the heterogeneous mixture coal ash deposit,considering the actual mixture of chemical components in coal ash,a method for accurately predicting the radiometric properties of coal ash is proposed.The diffusion-limited aggregation(DLA)method is used to generate the coal ash structure.Then,the multi-sphere T matrix method(MSTM)is applied to solve the Maxwell equation of this generated coal ash structure to get the radiometric properties.The new method significantly improve the prediction accuracy of the absorption efficiency in the whole wavelength,and of the scattering efficiency in the short wavelength.
