摘 要:不同倾斜角的放置对金属泡沫脉动热管传热性能有重要影响。本文采用去离子水作为工质,开展了充液率为0.2、倾斜角分别在90°,60°和30°下金属泡沫脉动热管传热性能的实验研究。实验结果表明,金属泡沫脉动热管在90°倾斜角下热阻最小,传热性能最好;在60°倾斜角时其热阻相比90°时增大19.8%;在30°倾斜角时其热阻相较60°倾斜角下增大2.6%。与常规脉动热管相比,金属泡沫脉动热管传热性能受倾斜角影响较小。此外,本文还观察了金属泡沫脉动热管稳定运行下蒸发段温度的波动,发现30°倾斜角下蒸发段温度波动较大,60°和90°倾斜角下的温度波动较为平稳。与常规脉动热管相比,金属泡沫脉动热管蒸发段温度的稳定性较好。Inclination angles have important influences on the heat transfer performance of the metal foam pulsating heat pipe(PHP).In this paper,using distilled water as working fluids,the heat transfer performance of metal foam PHP with a filling ratio of 0.2 under different inclination angles(90°,60°and 30°)was experimentally investigated.The experiment results showed that the thermal resistances of metal foarm PHP were lowest when inclination angle was 90°.The thermal resistances of the metal foam PHP increased by 19.8%when the inclination angle was 60° compared with that of the metal foam PHP with an inclination angle of 90°.The thermal resistances increased by 2.6%when the inclination angle was 300°compared with that with an inclination angle of 60°.The influence of inclination angles on the heat transfer performance of the metal foam PHP was relatively small compared with that of conventional PHPs.In addition,the evaporation temperature fluctuations of the metal foam PHP were observed.It was found that the evaporation temperature fluctuation was lager with an inclination angle of 30°.The evaporation temperature of the metal foam PHP was more stable than conventional PHPs under different inclination angles.
