高一新生近视对视觉相关生活质量与心理健康影响

摘　　要：目的探究高一新生近视对视觉相关生活质量与心理健康的影响。方法选取某职业学校高中一年级的300名学生为调查对象,按近视程度分为正常、轻、中、重分组,分别采用VRQ-25问卷(视功能调查问卷)与SAS(焦虑自评量表)评分对各组视功能相关生活质量与焦虑程度进行评估。结果对比发现,各组VRQ-25评分随近视程度升高而下降(rs=-0.854),SAS评分随近视程度升高而升高(rs=0.655),以上数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论近视可对高一新生视觉相关生活质量与心理健康造成一定影响,家长与相关部门应高度重视青少年的眼部健康问题。Objective To explore the effects of myopia on the visual related life quality and mental health of senior high school freshmen. Methods A total of 300 senior high school freshmen in a vocational school were selected as the survey objects. They were divided into the normal, light, medium and heavy groups according to the degrees of myopia. Vrq-25 questionnaire(a visual function questionnaire) and SAS(anxiety self-rating scale) were used to evaluate the visual functionrelated quality of life and the degree of anxiety in each group. Results The Vrq-25 score decreased with the increase of myopia(rs=-0.854), and the SAS score increased with the increase of myopia(rs=0.655). The above data among the different groups were significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion Myopia may affect the visual related life quality and mental health of senior high school freshmen, and therefore, the parents and relevant departments should pay more attention to the visual problems of the teenage.
