摘  要:目的本研究从元素角度探讨戊肝感染与血清微量元素或元素比的关系,筛选能够反映疾病特征的元素,为研究戊型肝炎提供金属组学方面的思路和手段。方法采用病例对照研究设计,按照年龄、性别匹配原则选择病例和对照,其中病例组96例,对照组138例。样本均来自海淀区预防医学会海健门诊部。采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对病例组(戊肝病毒感染者)和对照组血清中25种微量元素进行定量分析,比较2组人群血清微量元素的差异并筛选与戊型肝炎感染有关的元素。结果 2组人群血清中19种微量元素有统计学差异(P <0. 05),241个元素对在2组间有统计学差异。用Logistic回归筛出铬、锰、铀、锑、铷和锌6种可能与戊型肝炎感染有关的元素。结论戊肝感染人群和正常人群血清中某些微量元素存在含量差异,提示戊肝感染者体内存在微量元素代谢失调。Objective This study is to explore the relationship between hepatitis E infection and microelements or element ratio in terms of elements. The elements that would indicate the occurrence of the disease were screened,so as to provide means for studying hepatitis E from the perspective of metallomics. Methods Case-control study design was used to select cases and controls according to age and sex matching principle,including 96 cases in case group and 138 cases in control group. All samples were obtained from Haijian clinic of Haidian District Preventive Medical Association. The concentrations of 25 microelements in case group( hepatitis E infected persons) and control group were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and the elements associated with hepatitis E infection were screened by comparing the differences between the two groups. Results There was statistical significance on the differences of 19 microelements between the case group and the control group( P < 0. 05),and there was statistical significance on the differences of 241 elements between the two groups.Logistic regression was used to screen the six hepatitis-E-infection-related elements,including chromium,manganese,uranium,antimony,rubidium and zinc. Conclusion There are differences in the contents of some microelements in sera between hepatitis E infected persons and healthy population,which suggests that there may be a disorder of microelements in the hepatitis E infected persons.
