摘  要:目的:优选清热解毒合剂的制备工艺。方法:以黄芩苷转移率和浸膏得率为综合评价指标,以煎煮时间、煎煮次数以及加水量为考察因素,采用正交试验法优选提取工艺;考察常压浓缩和减压浓缩对黄芩苷含量的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为煎煮两次,每次煎煮1 h,加8倍量水;常压和减压浓缩对合剂中黄芩苷含量无显著性影响。结论:该工艺合理可行,用于清热解毒合剂的生产。Objective: To optimize the preparation process of Qingrejiedu mixture.Methods: The extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test with the content of baicalin and the yield of extractum as the comprehensive evaluation indices,and the decoction duration,decoction times and water addition as the influencing factors.The effects of atmospheric concentration and vacuum concentration on the baicalin content were investigated.Results: The optimum extraction process was as follows: the herbs were with twice decoction with one hour for each time,and the added water amount was 8-fold of the herbs.Concentration at atmospheric or vacuum pressure had no significant effect on the baicalin content in the mixture.Conclusion: The process is reasonable and feasible,and can be used for the production of Qingrejiedu mixture.
