摘 要:采用三釜工艺技术,分别以有机钛系、锑系物质作为催化剂来生产聚酯产品--Ti-PET和Sb-PET。在保证特性黏度(即相对分子质量)相同的情况下,探究催化剂对聚酯产品的色相、熔融行为、结晶性能和热稳定性的影响。结果表明:Ti-PET的端羧基含量、二甘醇含量明显低于Sb-PET,其色相L*值、b*值则高于Sb-PET,基本满足聚酯纤维对色相的要求;Ti-PET的结晶性能优于SbPET;两种切片的热稳定性基本一致,均满足成型及后加工的要求。Polyester products, Ti-PET and Ti-PET were produced by using the three reactors process technology and using organic titanium and antimony as catalysts, respectively. Under the same intrinsic viscosity(i.e. relative molecular mass), the influence of catalyst on the color phase, melting behavior,crystallization performance and thermal stability of polyester products was investigated. The results show that the content of terminal carboxyl group and diethylene glycol content of Ti-PET are lower than that of Sb-PET. Its L~* value and b~* value are higher than that of Sb-PET, which basically meet the requirements of polyester fiber for color phase. The crystallization performance of Ti-PET is better than that of Sb-PET.The thermal stability of the two slices is basically the same, which meets the requirements of forming and post-processing.
