摘  要:本文总结了全身和局部缺氧对机体能量代谢的影响,重点阐述了缺氧对肥胖、炎症、脂质代谢、胰岛素抵抗、血糖异常和糖尿病可能的影响及发生机制,并概述了缺氧作为新疗法用于代谢性疾病的益处和不良影响。This article summarized the impact of systemic and local hy- poxia on the energy metabolism in organism,especially for possible im- pact and mechanisms caused by hypoxia on obesity,inflammation,lipol- ysis and lipogenesis,insulin resistance,dysglycemia and diabetes,and also summarized the benefit and detrimental influences of hypoxia as a new treatment for metabolic disease.
