摘  要:由于双凸极永磁电机的定、转子呈特殊双凸极结构,当电机在运行时会导致定、转子齿重合之前产生边缘磁场效应,使得电机呈现强非线性和高度耦合性,从而导致电机产生转矩脉动。针对传统电机结构对电机转矩的影响,提出采用增大转子极弧宽度和改变定子齿极面的方法来减小双凸极永磁电机的转矩脉动。以一台1.1kW-3850r/min-12/8极双凸极永磁电机为例,通过Maxwell建立2D模型进行有限元分析,结果表明上述方法在保证电机平均转矩不降低的情况下,能有效降低电机的转矩脉动。Because of the special doubly salient structure of stator and rotor in the doubly salient PM motor, the edge magnetic field occurs at the moment before stator and rotor tooth pole coincides during operation, making the motor as if with strong non-linearity and high coupling to result in the motor torque ripple phenomenon. Against the phenomenon that the motor torque influenced by its traditional structure, method to increase the width of rotor pole arc as well as change stator pole surface is proposed, in order to reduce torque ripple of doubly salient PM motor A 1.1 kW-3850r/min-12/8 pole doubly salient PM motor is taken as example and a 2D model is established by Maxwell to perform the FEM analysis. The result shows the above-men-tioned method capable of reducing the motor torque ripple effectively in case that guaranteeing not to decrease the average torque of the motor.
