摘  要:采用无刷励磁方式的发电机组,其转子励磁电压需通过设置在无刷励磁机尾端的测量滑环引出,而配备转子接地保护装置的发电机组,励磁机测量滑环会出现电腐蚀痕迹,导致电刷磨损,甚至会引起打火而灼伤滑环,给机组安全运行带来隐患。针对无刷励磁机测量滑环表面电腐蚀现象造成的电刷磨损情况进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决方法,实际运行情况证明了该方法的有效性。In the generator set equipped with brushless exciter, the rotor's exciting voltage is output through measuring ring at the end of the brushless exciter. But, in the generator set equipped with the rotor grounding protective device, electrocorrosion appears on measuring ring of the brushless exciter to result in spark or even brush wearing- out, bringing up with potential danger for safe operation of the generator set. Analysis of brush wearing-out caused by electrocorrosion of measuring ring of brushless exciter is done, while relative solutions are put forward, and then, practical operation proves it effectiveness.
