血浆TRAP5b在奶牛产后低血钙症发生的风险预警作用

摘　　要：在黑龙江省某集约化牛场随机选取分娩当天到分娩后6d的68头奶牛为试验动物。通过检测血中抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b(TRAP5b)、钙离子(Ca^2+)、无机磷(P^3+)、β-羟丁酸(BHBA)、葡萄糖(GLU)、游离脂肪酸(NEFA)、镁离子(Mg^2+)、乳酸(LA)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的水平,结果显示:低血钙症奶牛血中TRAP5b活性及含量比正常对照组显著升高,Ca^2+、P^3+、ALP、GLU的水平比正常对照组显著降低。TRAP5b含量或活性与Ca^2+呈极显著得负相关,与P^3+、ALP呈显著得正相关。根据受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析确定奶牛产后低血钙症发生的风险预警值为:血浆TRAP5b含量>154.63mmol/L,TRAP5b活性>1 370.00U/mL,P3+<1.365mmol/L,ALP<54.5I/L。因此,TRAP5b、Ca^2+、P^3+和ALP均可用于预测奶牛低血钙发生的风险预警指标,尤其是TRAP5b。Sixty eight cows from calving to 6day postpartum were randomly selected in an intensive dairy farm,Heilongjiang province.Plasma concentration of calcium (Ca^2+),inorganic phosphorus (P^3+),β-hydroxybutyrate(BHBA),glucose(GLU),free fatty acid(NEFA),magnesium(Mg^2+), lactic acid(LA),and activity of alkaline phosphatase(ALP)&concentration and activity of tartaric acid phosphatase 5b(TRAP5b)were measured.Results showed that the activity and concentration of plasma TRAP5bin hypocalcemia group were significantly higher than those in normal group.Levels of Ca^2+,P^3+,ALP and GLU in hypoglycemia group were significantly lower than those in normal group.There were significantly positive correlation of concentration and activity of plasma TRAP5bwith Ca^2+concentration,and significantly negative correlation with P^3+and ALP. The threshold values of TRAP5bconcentration was>154.63mmol/L,TRAP5bactivity was> 1 370.00U/mL,P^3+<1.365mmol/L,and ALP<54.5I/L which were determined by the ROC analysis respectively.Therefore,TRAP5b,Ca^2+,P^3+and ALP may be used as risk prediction of hypocalcemia postpartum in dairy cows,in particular TRAP5b.
