摘  要:目的解决目前笔袋行业的发展困境,探索儿童笔袋低成本开发流程,寻找平面立体化在笔袋开发中的全新应用思路。方法针对儿童笔袋的产品特点和设计现状,分析并总结出了平面立体化的成型方式、成型特征、应用案例以及成型特点,具体分析了平面立体化在包袋设计中的应用现状,确定了平面立体化成型在儿童笔袋设计应用中的成本优势,并对其在笔袋低成本开发中的具体应用进行了详细实践。结果提出了儿童笔袋的低成本开发模型以及平面立体化成型的应用思路,基于平面立体化成型工艺的特性和儿童笔袋的特征,进行了笔袋开发设计相关折纸实验和材料性能对比实验,提出了4种平面立体化收纳模型,最终得出了儿童笔袋设计方案。结论平面立体化成型在儿童笔袋低成本开发中的应用有足够的可行性,同时也能带来更多元、更有趣味的用户体验。The paper aims to solve the current development dilemma of the pencil case industry and explore the low-cost development process of children's pencil cases,looking for a new application thinking of 3D plane modeling in the development of pencil cases.Based on the product characteristics and design status of children's pencil cases,forms, molding features,application cases and molding characteristics of 3D plane molding were analyzed and summarized,especially the application status in the pencil case design.The cost advantages of applying 3D plane molding to children's pencil case design were determined.Finally,the specific application in the low-cost development of pencil cases was practiced in detail.A low-cost development model for children's pencil cases and an application idea of 3D plane molding were proposed.Based on characteristics of 3D plane molding process and children's pencil cases,the related origami experiments of the pencil case development and material performance comparison experiments were conducted.Four kinds of 3D plane storage models were put forward.The design program for children's pencil case was eventually concluded. The application of 3D plane molding in low-cost development of children's pencil case is feasible enough,and it can also bring more user experience with a touch of fun.
