摘　　要：伊洛瓦底江穿越是建设期中缅油气管道的控制性工程之一,采用定向钻方式分别穿越主河和岔河,管道从江心岛直埋通过。由于伊洛瓦底江两岸未采取规范治理,河道不断摆动,导致管道穿越出土点位置处河岸不断塌陷,管道濒临露管风险。为了确保管道安全运营,经过实地调研与分析,制定了一套经济可行的临时整治方案:木桩石笼透水丁坝群+木桩石笼护岸。现场实施结果表明:该方案能够经受住汛期考验,取得了较好的防护效果,可为今后类似工程的治理提供借鉴。The Irrawaddy River crossing is one of the control projects of the China-Myanmar oil and gas pipeline in itsconstruction period. In this project, directional drilling is adopted to cross the main river and the branch river respectively,and direct burial is used to run through the river island. As standardized treatment has not implemented on both sides ofthe Irrawaddy River, the river channel is constantly swinging, and consequently the river bank where the pipeline crossesthe excavation point collapses constantly, and the pipeline is at risk of exposing to the surface. In order to ensure the safeoperation of the pipeline, an economically feasible temporary treatment plan was formulated after conducting on-the-spotinvestigation and analysis, i.e., the permeable spur dike group of timber pile & stone cage + the bank protection systemof timber pile & stone cage. The on-site implementation shows that this treatment plan can withstand the test of the floodseason and achieve better protection effects, and it can provide reference for the treatment of similar projects in thefuture.
