摘　　要：目的:为解决军队医院针对不同体检对象和体检类型而使用的三套体检管理信息系统而带来使用和管理方面的问题,需要集成各相关体检系统功能于一体。方法:以医院使用频率最高的体检管理系统为蓝本,将军队干部健康体检信息管理系统和军队院校招收学员体格检查信息系统中有特殊要求的相关功能全部集成在该系统中,研发一套能够满足军队及地方各类不同体检需要的管理系统。结果:该系统投入使用以来,除了顺利地完成日常一般体检任务外,还先后为体系内的军队干部、东部战区陆军提干和保送军校的学员进行了体检。结论:应用该系统,解决了原来需要三个系统才能完成的体检工作,不仅大大提高了体检的效率,尤其是满足了军队干部保健体检、军校招收学员体检及其他入学、入职等相关体检的特殊要求。Objective: In order to solve the problem in use and management of three sets of medical examination management information systems for different subjects and types in military hospitals, it is necessary to integrate the functions of the current related medical examination systems. Methods: Based on the most frequently used medical examination management system in hospital,integrating all the related functions with special requirements in military medical examination information system and military colleges and universities recruit students for medical examination information system, to develop a system that can meet different needs in military and local medical examination. Results: Since the system was put into use, it completed the daily medical examination tasks successfully, and provided medical examination for army officers, the promoted cadres in the eastern theater army and the recommended students for the military academy. Conclusion: The application of this system solves the medical examination work that originally needs three systems to complete, which not only greatly improves the efficiency of medical examination, but also meets the special requirements of health examination for army officers, military cadets and other related medical examination.
