摘　　要：目的:设计一种电子病历共享文档的自动生成方法,解决电子病历共享文档生成复杂而繁琐的问题。方法:通过诊疗事件驱动文档调阅服务,执行数据服务,由文档合成服务生成XML格式的电子病历共享文档。结果:随着诊疗事件的发生自动生成相应的电子病历共享文档。结论:该方法实现了患者正常的就诊过程自动触发并生成相应的电子病历共享文档,对于区域范围内医疗信息共享、医疗机构之间互联互通和协同服务具有重要意义。Objective: To design an automatic generation method of sharing document for electronic medical records, solving the problem that the process of generating the sharing documents of electronic medical record is complex and cumbersome. Methods:To drive document access service by clinical event, to execute data service, and to generate electronic medical records sharing document of XML format by document synthesis service. Results: Automatic generation of corresponding electronic medical records sharing documents with the occurrence of clinical events. Conclusion: This method was characteristic with automatic generation of corresponding electronic medical records sharing documents in the course of patient’s normal treatment. It is of great significance for the sharing of medical information, intercommunication and cooperative service in the region.
