恩替卡韦联合护肝降酶药物治疗乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析恩替卡韦联合护肝降酶药物治疗乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化的临床效果。方法方便选取该医院2016年3月-2018年10月期间90例乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化患者,根据治疗方法分组,观察组(n=45)在常规药护肝降酶类药物的基础上给予恩替卡韦,对照组(n=45)采用益肝灵滴丸,对比两组患者治疗后情况。结果观察组治疗后肝功能指标ALT、PTA、AST分别为(22.90±3.01)IU/L、(85.93±0.90)%、(23.23±3.47)IU/L指标水平优于对照组的(35.14±5.24)IU/L、(70.28±0.18)%、(33.78±5.18)IU/L (t=9.347、10.898、8.903,P<0.05);观察组和对照组临床治疗总有效率95.56%、73.33%(χ^2=5.632,P=0.018)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恩替卡韦联合护肝降酶药物临床治疗效果明显,可改善乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化患者肝功能,降低炎性指标,对患者病情改善具有重要帮助。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of entecavir combined with liver-lowering enzymes in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods A total of 90 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis from March 2016 to October 2018 were convenient selected in the hospital. According to the treatment group, the observation group(n=45) was given on the basis of conventional drug-protecting liver-lowering enzymes entecavir, the control group(n=45) were treated with Yiganling Drop Pills, and the two groups were compared after treatment. Results The liver function indexes of the observation group were ALT, PTA and AST(22.90±3.01)IU/L,(85.93±0.90)%,(23.23±3.47)IU/L, which were better than the control group(35.14±5.24)IU/L,(70.28±0.18)%,(33.78±5.18)IU/L(t=9.347, 10.898, 8.903, P<0.05);the total effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group and control group was 95.56%, 73.33%(χ^2=5.632, P=0.018), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Entecavir combined with liver-protecting enzymes has obvious clinical effects, which can improve the liver function of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and reduce the inflammatory index, which is of great help to the improvement of patients’ condition.
