儿童牙颌畸形的治疗方式及预防研究

摘　　要：目的分析儿童牙颌畸形的治疗方法、预后情况,探讨预防儿童牙颌畸形的策略。方法选取该院2015年1月—2018年12月收治的45例牙颌畸形患儿作为研究对象,分析纳入对象的牙颌畸形种类、治疗方法、预后情况,探讨预防措施。结果45例牙颌畸形患儿中矫治成功40例(88.89%),矫治失败5例(11.11%)。矫治成功的40例患儿,治疗后满意度为100.00%,随访3个月满意度为100.00%。结论儿童牙颌畸形予以科学合理的矫治修复治疗,对于恢复患儿牙齿完整具有重要意义。在儿童牙颌畸形预防方面应尽早培养儿童养成良好口腔卫生习惯,对儿童不良口腔习惯予以纠正。Objective To analyze the treatment and prognosis of children with dental malformation and to explore strategies for preventing dental malformation in children. Methods A total of 45 children with dental malformations admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study. The types, treatment methods and prognosis of the patients with dental malformations were analyzed and the preventive measures were discussed. Results Forty-five patients with dental malformation were successfully treated with 40 cases (88.89%) and 5 cases with failure (11.11%). Forty patients who were successfully treated, the satisfaction rate after treatment was 100.00%, and the satisfaction rate was 100.00% after 3 months of follow-up. Conclusion Scientific and reasonable correction and treatment of dental malformation in children is of great significance for restoring the tooth integrity of children. In the prevention of dental malformation in children, children should be raised as early as possible to become a good oral hygiene habit and correct the bad oral habits of children.
