布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠对支气管哮喘患儿细胞因子、免疫功能影响探析

摘　　要：目的探析布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠对支气管哮喘患儿细胞因子及免疫功能的影响。方法于2018年1—9月随机将该院收治的113例支气管哮喘患儿分成两组,给予参照组56例支气管哮喘患儿实施常规布地奈德进行治疗,给予治疗组57例支气管哮喘患儿实施孟鲁司特钠+布地奈德进行治疗,对比两组支气管哮喘患儿的治疗效果差异。结果治疗组患儿治疗后的血清IL-12水平、IL-5水平、血清IgE水平、IgA水平、FEV1及FEV1/FVC水平明显优于常规组患儿(P<0.05);且治疗组患儿治疗后的治疗优良率(96.49%)明显高于参照组(82.14%),两组相比(χ^2=6.13,P<0.05);治疗组患儿治疗后的6个月内复发率(3.51%)明显低于参照组患儿(14.29%),两组相比(χ^2=4.07,P=0.04)。结论针对支气管哮喘患儿给予布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗的疗效十分显著,对于改善患儿细胞因子、免疫功能具有较为积极的意义,利于患儿康复及预后。Objective To investigate the effects of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium on cytokines and immune function in children with bronchial asthma. Methods 113 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital From January to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. 56 children in Reference group with bronchial asthma were treated with conventional budesonide. 57 children in therapy group with bronchial asthma were treated with montelukast sodium + Budesonide treatment, compared with the difference in treatment effect between the two groups of children with bronchial asthma. Results Serum IL-12 levels, IL-5 levels, serum IgE levels, IgA levels, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC levels were significantly better in the treatment group than in the conventional group (P<0.05). The treatment rate of the treatment group (96.49%) was significantly higher than that of the reference group (82.14%). Compared with the two groups(χ^2=6.13, P<0.05);The recurrence rate in 6 months in the treatment group after treatment (3.51%) was significantly lower in the month than in the reference group (14.29%). Compared with the two groups(χ^2=4.07, P=0.04). Conclusion The efficacy of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium in children with bronchial asthma is very significant. It has a positive effect on improving cytokines and immune function in children, which is beneficial to the rehabilitation and prognosis of children.
