摘 要:为了实现矿山建设项目的社会环境效益和经济效益的双重目标,采用费用效益分析法对矿井环境经济进行评价,分析矿井开发对环境的影响因素和影响因子,建立矿井环境影响经济评价指标体系,然后把各影响因素进行量化及货币化,得到矿井环境费用和效益计算方法,最后以矿井具体实际情况为例,得出矿井的净效益现值和效费比。本研究为矿井环境经济评价提供了借鉴。In order to achieve the dual goals of social environmental benefits and economic benefits of mine construction projects, the cost-benefit analysis method was used to evaluate the mine environmental economics. The influence factors and impact factors of the mine development on environment were analyzed, and the economic evaluation index system of the environmental impact of mine was established, then each influence factors were quantified and monetized, and the mine environmental cost and calculation method of benefit were obtained. Finally, taking the actual situation of the mine as the example, the net benefit present value and cost-effectiveness ratio of the mine were obtained. The study provided a reference for the economic evaluation of mine environment.
