白芨胶对皮肤皲裂大鼠血清中白细胞介素表达影响

摘　　要：目的:初步探讨白芨胶对皮肤皲裂大鼠血清白介素表达的影响,为白芨的临床使用提供依据。方法:在大鼠背部涂抹5mol/l氢氧化钠建立皮肤皲裂模型,给予不同药物治疗;采用ELISA法检测大鼠血清中炎性因子白细胞介素IL-6,IL-10的表达;对所得数据进行单因素方差分析。结果:白芨胶在2.5%、5%、7.5%剂量时,能够有效降低皮肤皲裂大鼠血清中炎性因子白细胞介素IL-6,IL-10的含量。结论:白芨胶在2.5%、5%、7.5%剂量时,都够有效治疗皮肤皲裂病的症状,其中5%白芨胶的效果最好。Objective:To investigate the effect of bletilla gum on serum interleukin expression in chapped rats of skin,and to provide basis for clinical use of Bleilla Striata(Thumb)Reichb.f.Methods:The skin chapped model was established by applying 5 mol/l sodium hydroxide to the back of rats,and different drugs were given,and the expression of inflammatory factor interleukin IL-6,IL-10 in serum of rats was detected by ELISA method,and the data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA.Results:Bletilla gum can effectively reduce the content of inflammatory factor interleukin IL-6,IL-10 in serum of chapped rats at 2.5%,5%and 7.5%doses.Conclusion:Bletilla gum in 2.5%,5%,7.5%doses,are effective enough to treat the symptoms of chapped skin disease,of which 5%bletilla glue effect is the best.
