摘　　要：腹膜透析(PD)是终末期肾脏疾病替代治疗的主要方法之一,腹膜纤维化是患者退出PD的首要原因。腹膜间皮细胞间充质转分化在腹膜纤维化的发生、发展中起着关键作用。腹膜间皮细胞损伤、脱落是由于其细胞间隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)及其介导的胞间通讯功能(GJIC)受损所致,基于中医“脾主大腹”理论,脾气亏虚是PD相关的腹膜早期病变的主要病机。在腹膜纤维化过程中,Cx43及其介导的GJIC功能受损,与中医“脾气亏虚”存在密切相关性。健脾益气法能有效防治PD相关性腹膜损伤病变。Peritoneal dialysis(PD)is one of the main methods of replacement therapy for end-stage renal diseases.Peritoneal fibrosis is the primary reason for the patients’withdrawal from PD.The epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition of peritoneal mesothelial cells plays a key role in the development of peritoneal fibrosis.The exfoliation of peritoneal mesothelial cells is due to the impairment of intercellular junction protein 43(Cx43)and its intercellular communication function(GJIC).Based on the theory of“the spleen dominates the large abdomen”in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),deficiency of spleen-qi is the main pathogenesis of early pathological changes of peritoneum associated with PD.Cx43-mediated GJIC function damage in peritoneal fibrosis is closely related to the deficiency of spleen-qi in TCM.The method of invigorating spleen and replenishing qi can effectively prevent and treat peritoneal injury related to PD.
