摘 要:中性粒细胞又名多形核白细胞(polymorphonuclear leukocytes,PMN),是免疫系统的第一道防线。近年研究发现,PMN在肿瘤的发生、发展中不仅可以抑制肿瘤,同样也可以促进其发生和发展。深入研究PMN促进肿瘤发生发展的相关机制,有助于为靶向肿瘤疗法提供一定的借鉴。本文就近年PMN促进肿瘤机制的研究进展进行综述。Neutrophils are the first line of defense of the immune system. Recent advances have shown that polymorphonuclear neutrophils(PMNs) can not only inhibit tumors, but also promote their development and progression. In-depth study of the mechanism of PMNs promoting tumor development and progression is helpful to provide a certain reference for targeted cancer therapy. This article mainly summarizes the research progress in the mechanism of tumor promotion by PMNs in recent years.
