摘 要:通过田间试验结合生物化学分析方法,系统研究了除草剂解毒剂解草唑可减轻麦草畏对水稻的伤害,从而扩大麦草畏的使用范围,为生产应用提供理论依据。结果表明,不同剂量的麦草畏对田间水稻的生长有明显的抑制作用,并随其浓度的增加抑制作用增大;解草唑对麦草畏具有明显解毒效果,随着解毒剂浓度增加解毒效果升高;解草唑可随浓度的增加促进水稻幼苗的SOD、POD、NR和GST等酶活性的提高。施药后7d,SOD、POD、NR和GST等酶活分别比对照增加了47.95%~50.52%、99.12%~102.41%、73.49%~74.53%和44.44%。证明了解草唑为150g·hm^-2时对麦草畏的解毒效果最好,可保护移栽水稻缓解麦草畏的毒害,且随解草唑剂量增加解毒效果升高。To expand the use of dicamba on rice and provide theoretical basis for production application, the mitigating effect of fenchlorazole, the herbicide antidote, on dicamba in rice was systematically studied through field test and biochemical analysis. The results showed that different doses of dicamba had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of rice in the field, and the inhibitory effect increased with the increase of its concentration. The detoxification effect of Fenchlorazole was obvious, and increased with the concentration of this herbicide antidote. Fenchlorazole can increase the activity of SOD, POD, NR and GST in rice seedlings with the increase of concentration. Seven days after application, the activities of SOD, POD, NR and GST increased by 47.95%-50.52%, 99.12%-102.41%, 73.49%-74.53% and 44.44%, respectively. It is proved that the detoxification effect of Fenchlorazole is best when it is 150 g·hm-2, which can protect the transplanted rice from the toxicity of dicamba, and the detoxification effect increases with the dose of fenchlorazole.
